EXTRUSION SOLUTIONS FROM EXTRUSION EXPERTS

About COMPUPLAST®

COMPUPLAST INTERNATIONAL a.s. was first founded in 1990, by Jiri Vlcek and John Perdikoulias, with the opening of its software development headquarters in the Czech Republic. The plan was to develop and market advanced simulation software for the polymer extrusion industry.

Then in 1995, Compuplast Canada Inc. was founded, as the North American office, offering software, support and consulting services to the polymer processing industry in North America.

COMPUPLAST offers the most advanced simulation tools for single-screw extrusion and die design.

In 2003, COMPUPLAST INTERNATIONAL (USA) was founded to better serve our growing list of USA customers. COMPUPLAST North America has also partnered with Accuform and Coretech, to provide North America with a “one-stop-shop” for advanced simulation tools for extrusion, thermoforming, blow molding, and injection molding.

COMPUPLAST is the home of the “Polymer Processing Simulation Specialists”™. Our employees and associates have many years of experience using simulation to optimize process equipment and troubleshoot polymer processing problems. If you have a polymer processing problem, chances are that one or more of our team members have seen it before, and have solved it.

We have helped large, Fortune 500, companies, as well as smaller companies, to solve their polymer processing problems quickly and efficiently. We have also taught many companies how to incorporate, and properly use, simulation software to optimize their designs and maximize production.

COMPUPLAST co-operates closely with industrial researchers as well as several universities around the world to make sure that the products they offer contain the latest technology and theories that have been proven by sound research methods.

All the software products that we offer have also been extensively field tested to ensure accuracy.

COMPUPLAST is also involved in R&D and consulting projects with several corporations for new process, optimization, and equipment design.
